2. Shipping Locations

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for delivery.
4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Kindly note, the estimated delivery time and cost depend on your location and the size of your order. Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Cairo and Giza: 10 business days
- Alexandria: 15 business days
- Other Cities in Egypt: 15 business days
5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Issues

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address and Google Maps Location for delivery.
