Refund and Return: Our Policy Ensures Satisfaction.
Thank you for choosing TOPS! We understand that purchasing furniture online requires trust. This policy outlines the conditions for returning or receiving a refund for your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
You may return/exchange a non-customized item within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original state from packaging and in perfect condition, free from any damages or signs of use.
To initiate a return, you must create a video showcasing the received item in its entirety and the process will initiate by thorough inspection of the furniture piece This video evidence needs to be shared with our business team through our official communication channels (Business WhatsApp and/or Email).
In the case of an exchange of the same item with a different color tone, a contact must be made with TOPS Business Team and a selection of the new color tone is to be confirmed. This would be subject to a fee of 500 EGP per item (transportation excluded).
In the case of an exchange of a different item, then a return of the item is to be issued and a new order be made on our website.
Processing Your Return, Exchange & Refund:
Upon receiving your return/exchange request and video verification, our team will initiate the return process. Process takes 7 business days.
A confirmation message/email will be sent once your return is approved.
Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Refund Methods:
We offer refunds via Bank Transfer: Online Banking and/or Wallet (Transaction Fees Excluded)
Non-Returnable Items:
We are unable to accept returns or offer full refunds for any/all furniture orders. These pieces are crafted specifically according to your specifications and cannot be resold, therefore only 50% of the item(s) total shall be legible for refund.
